Good to know before you choose

Initial term: 12 months. You can report faults 24/7; visits are arranged after assessment. Service Card help within 24 hours means an assessment, advice or a concrete next step after ANO accepts your report—not a guaranteed visit or completed repair.

Maintenance materials are not included in any plan. All-in covers breakdown materials up to €300.00 including VAT per year. Labour discounts and other exclusions are explained in the terms.

Straight answers

Before you apply

Which option includes boiler maintenance?

Basis, Plus and All-in include maintenance labour and call-out costs every 24 months. The ANO Service Card does not include maintenance.

Does All-in mean every cost is covered?

No. Breakdown parts and materials are covered up to €300.00 including VAT per year. Maintenance materials and costs above that limit are not included. Check the plan terms before applying.

Can I apply if I do not know the model or installation year?

Yes. Enter the brand of your boiler. Model, installation year and comments are optional.

Will the whole process be in English?

You can compare plans and apply here in English. The original contract terms, the PDF attachment and later appointment, payment and direct-debit messages are currently in Dutch. This page provides an English explanation of the terms. Call ANO if you need help before agreeing.

Do I need a plan for a one-off service?

No. If you only want a single maintenance visit, see one-off boiler maintenance (in Dutch) or call ANO to discuss it.

What if there is immediate danger?

If you smell gas, suspect carbon monoxide or there is a fire, leave the building and move to a safe place. Call 112 in an emergency. Do not use this application form for urgent help.

Your information at ANO

We use your information to handle your enquiry and contact you.

Privacy when you make an enquiry

Who is responsible?

ANO Loodgieter Service en Onderhoudsbedrijf, Groenesteinstraat 73, 2512 SJ Den Haag. Contact ano@anobv.nl or +31 70 888 5156 with any questions.

What information do we use, and why?

Your name, address, telephone number, email address, choice of plan and boiler information help us assess and confirm your application and arrange a boiler check with you. Any information you add in the comments field is used for the same purpose.

We do this at your request, in preparation for an agreement. We check whether you are already a customer. A member of staff reviews possible matches. An automated match alone will not cause your application to be rejected.

Who can use your information?

Staff handling your enquiry and service providers supporting secure storage, hosting and email. We record your application in our administration and send an email confirmation. The application itself does not start a payment or direct debit and does not book an appointment.

How long do we keep your information?

No longer than needed to assess and handle your enquiry. If you become a customer, we also use the information for your agreement. Information that must be retained by law is kept for the required period.

We consider whether your enquiry is still open, whether maintenance or warranty arrangements apply, and whether information is needed for a legal obligation or dispute. Different parts of your file may therefore have different retention periods. Core tax records are generally kept for seven years. We assess deletion requests for each part of the file; legal retention requirements take precedence.
