Before your plan starts

ANO assesses each application first. The chosen product starts only after ANO approval and your separate agreement. Initial term: 12 months.

The Service Card: help and discounts

The 24-hour help period starts after ANO accepts your fault report with your customer details, address and the nature of the fault. Help means assessment, advice or a concrete next step. It does not guarantee a visit or a completed repair within 24 hours.

The labour discount applies to eligible ANO plumbing and boiler-breakdown labour. Call-out costs, materials, parts, surcharges, and other companies’ work or invoices are excluded.

ANO can advise or, with your permission, share contact details for a suitable specialist. That specialist sets their own price, schedule and work. ANO does not guarantee those arrangements.

€4.95 per month · €59.00 per year, including VAT.

Regular maintenance is not included.

Cancellation and existing agreements

Cancellation and termination follow the written agreement and mandatory consumer law. An existing agreement is never changed by a newer website version.

Your details

ANO uses your details to receive and confirm your application, check your customer, address and boiler information, and contact you. Applying does not start an automatic payment or direct debit, book an appointment, or itself constitute approval of your plan.
