Who is responsible?
ANO Loodgieter Service en Onderhoudsbedrijf, Groenesteinstraat 73, 2512 SJ Den Haag. Contact ano@anobv.nl or +31 70 888 5156 with any questions.
What information do we use, and why?
Your name, address, telephone number, email address, choice of plan and boiler information help us assess and confirm your application and arrange a boiler check with you. Any information you add in the comments field is used for the same purpose.
We do this at your request, in preparation for an agreement. We check whether you are already a customer. A member of staff reviews possible matches. An automated match alone will not cause your application to be rejected.
Who can use your information?
Staff handling your enquiry and service providers supporting secure storage, hosting and email. We record your application in our administration and send an email confirmation. The application itself does not start a payment or direct debit and does not book an appointment.
How long do we keep your information?
No longer than needed to assess and handle your enquiry. If you become a customer, we also use the information for your agreement. Information that must be retained by law is kept for the required period.
We consider whether your enquiry is still open, whether maintenance or warranty arrangements apply, and whether information is needed for a legal obligation or dispute. Different parts of your file may therefore have different retention periods. Core tax records are generally kept for seven years. We assess deletion requests for each part of the file; legal retention requirements take precedence.
Cookies and website visits
Google Analytics measurements on this page only start if you allow statistics. We measure page visits, device information and clicks on our business telephone and email links to improve the website. This choice is not used for personalised advertising. We do not send completed enquiry fields from this page to Analytics.
Your cookie choice is stored for up to 180 days. You can withdraw consent using Cookie settings at the bottom of this page. Measurements will then stop loading on this page and the associated Analytics cookies will be removed. Refusing statistics does not affect your ability to submit an enquiry.
Service providers outside Europe
International services, such as Google for email and website statistics, may process data outside the European Economic Area. For information about processing and transfer safeguards, see Google Privacy and Security. Contact us for information about service providers involved in your enquiry.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your information. You may also object to processing. The rights that apply depend on why we use your information. We may ask for an appropriate identity check.
Contact ano@anobv.nl. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Dutch page).
